The shape of the days

Retreats have a rhythm rather than a timetable. There is teaching, there is energetic work, there is silence, there is good food, and there is a lot of laughing. Integration time is built in rather than squeezed out, because the work needs somewhere to land.

Brook works with the group as a whole and with each person in it, adjusting from moment to moment. That is only possible while the group stays small enough to actually see, which is why places are limited and why they tend to go.

What is included

  • All teaching, group work and one-to-one attention across the full retreat
  • Written materials and the practices to take home
  • Energetic transmissions, activations and initiations appropriate to the retreat
  • Meals during teaching days, with dietary needs catered for when you tell us in advance
  • An integration call with the group a few weeks after you return home

What is not included

  • Flights and transfers, unless the retreat page says otherwise
  • Accommodation on sacred travel retreats, where you book your own room at the venue we name
  • Travel insurance, which we ask everyone to arrange

Practical questions

For most retreats, no. Clearing the Core is the deepest work we offer and people usually come to it having done something else with Brook first. That is a recommendation, not a rule. If you are unsure, book a free consult and we will tell you honestly.
Only on Be Still with B. Still, and even there the silence is structured, with speaking sessions built in. Other retreats have quiet periods but are not silent retreats.
Most people do. By the second day the group generally feels like it has known each other far longer than that.
Tell us at booking and we will handle it. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and most allergies are routine for our venues.
Yes. A deposit secures your place and the balance can be split across monthly payments up to four weeks before departure. Choose the deposit option at checkout and we will set up the schedule.

Cancellation

All deposits are non-refundable. Other payments are refunded in full if you cancel and we confirm by email four weeks before the start, and at 50 percent if you cancel two weeks before. After that point payments are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that we cancel, everything you have paid is refunded. We ask everyone to carry travel insurance.
